Haplotype-resolved genome sequences and gene annotations are available for Satsuma mandarin (CUNphKi & CUNphKu) and its parental varieties, Kishu mandarin (CKIhap1 & CKIhap2) and Kunenbo mandarin (CKUhap1 & CKUhap2).
TASUKE+ is now available for exploring sequence variations among 474 citrus varieties, using each haploid genome of Satsuma mandarin as a reference.
